We char-grill our chicken and cook the other dishes prior to our opening so, you can just order & grab your food.
Peri-Peri Cafe is a US Air Force veteran-owned and woman-owned business. The owner Anne is also a Filipino-American who was stationed in the UK after 2018 deployment and she fell in love with a hole in the wall peri-peri restaurant in Cambridge, UK. To her and her family's surprise, they found out that peri-peri (and its amazingness) is not popular in the US and it is not being served in the area or in Solano county. It became the inspiration that started the family's peri-peri restaurant journey. It was a 3-year in-the-making process that involved culinary training and travel research to Porto & Lisbon, Portugal.
Anne was lucky to have found her right-hand woman, Wilma, while they were volunteering at their children's school's food concession together. Wilma is passionate as well about serving and making delicious food. Wilma's older child is in the Navy too.
